Hospitality Rooms

Hospitality Rooms are effectively Zoom Conferences or whatever as established by the Host. An Orientation Meeting was be held on Monday October 19. The Hosts will introduce themselves and the participants. Arrangements will be made for Breakout Tables. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, a single hospitality room will be open. On Thursday, Hospitality Rooms and Breakout tables will be used at the discretion of the Host and opened as required. During the day on Thursday, there will be formal programs of discussion (see Schedule of Events) in the listed Hospitality Rooms which are open to all interested parties.

When you meet in your Hospitality Room or Breakout Table, when your discussion is going to be a useful part of the historical record, please consider suggesting to the Host or the rest of the table, that the coming discussion be recorded. (See War Stories.) Perhaps the cue should be "This ain't no sh*t!" There is a lot of great information out there and we need to preserve it.
